Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Ecokleen Hygiene Solutions agrees to provide professional cleaning services as booked and confirmed.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once acknowledged by Ecokleen Hygiene Solutions. Prices are based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking.

3.Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Final pricing may change if the size, condition, or scope of work differs from what was initially   described.
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash and other agreed payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
• Ecokleen Hygiene Solutions reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access to Property

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by lack of access may reduce service time or result in additional charges.

6. Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, or odours, as results depend on fabric type, age, and condition.
• Pre-existing damage, wear, or permanent stains are not the responsibility of Ecokleen Hygiene Solutions.
• Some stains may resurface after drying due to deep penetration.

7. Health & Safety

•The client must inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions before service begins.
•We use safe, professional cleaning products; however, Ecokleen Hygiene Solutions is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities or allergies.

8. Damage & Liability

•Any damage caused directly by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
•Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
•We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If the client is not satisfied with the service, concerns must be raised within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Ecokleen Hygiene Solutions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
•Conditions are unsafe or unhygienic beyond normal cleaning scope
•There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour
•Payment terms are not honoured

11. Use of Images

With client consent, before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Personal details will not be disclosed.

12. Changes to Terms

Ecokleen Hygiene Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
